I grew up in Hamilton Hill, a place that holds many fond memories from my childhood. My journey into the health and fitness industry was interesting with experiencing PTSD from work, I turned to fitness as a form of therapy. It transformed my life, and I realised I wanted to help others who were in similar situations. This passion led me to dedicate my career to health and fitness, aiming to provide support and guidance to those seeking solace and strength through physical activity.
A guiding principle in my life is encapsulated in the quote, “Life is short. If you love somebody, tell them.” This motto drives me to live authentically and cherish every moment with the people I care about.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I have a hidden talent that not many people know about: I was a former State and Australian chess champion for several years. Chess has always been a significant part of my life, teaching me strategy, patience, and focus.
One of the most exhilarating and unique experiences I’ve had was being part of a surf boat crew that went surfing in the boat at Yallingup. This adventure remains a standout memory, symbolizing my love for challenges and new experiences.
Among all my memories, the time spent with my mom stands out as the most special. The moments we shared are deeply cherished, providing me with a sense of warmth and comfort that I carry with me always.
