Our state-of-the-art, spacious gym offers something for everyone. From a variety of cardio machines including treadmills and rowers to specialised bars, pin and plate-loaded weight machines, and free weights, we’ve got it all.

Reformer Pilates

Renew and recharge in our 10 bed Reformer Pilates studio. Build your strength, mobility, coordination and balance with our Reformer Pilates Classes.


Challenge yourself in our CONNECT30 functional training sessions. Combining elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training  – these 30-minute classes are sure to get your heart rate going.
