Cycle Classes

B Active Les Mills cycle classes offer high-energy indoor cycling workouts set to motivating music and led by expert instructors. Participants engage in a variety of cycling techniques to improve cardiovascular health, build endurance, and burn calories. With scalable intensity levels and a supportive group environment, these classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels.

  • RPM

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity in a fun and low impact way. Your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Reach your cardio peak, keeping pace with the pack to lift your performance and boost your cardio fitness.

  • Sprint

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike. It’s a short, intense style of training where the motivation comes from pushing your limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.


LES MILLS THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

Group Exercise

B Active Group Exercise provides a supportive environment where individuals can engage in workouts together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and motivation. Our Les MillsTM program offers a variety of classes where you can in engage in high-energy workouts to lower impact classes, dependent on your preference and fitness levels.


Ideal for everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises while you strengthen your entire body.


BODY COMBAT is an exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it’s also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.


BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven techniques.


In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

A LES MILLS TONE workout includes a mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength. Members leave feeling empowered and on track for all-around functional fitness.


LES MILLS SHAPES™ is an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

Zumba Gold fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. An exciting low impact, calorie-burning, body-energising workout. Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of Zumba.

Functional Training

Our Connect30 Functional Training offers high energy-workouts in just 30 minutes, perfect for busy schedules. Combining cutting-edge exercise science and progressive overload techniques, it delivers maximum results efficiently. Planned in 8-week blocks, sessions become progressively more challenging, keeping you motivated and seeing results. With three dynamic workout options – aerobic, strength, and resistance sessions – our personalised group coaching takes your workout experience.

Reformer Pilates Studio

B Active Reformer Pilate classes are designed to help build a strong body and strong mind. The smooth and flowing movements through a low-impact, mindful exercise can help to increase strength, flexibility, posture, balance and stability. Unlike high intensity workouts that can put strain on your joints, Reformer Pilates is gentle on the body but can still get your heart pumping.


REFORMER INTRO is the perfect class for anyone who is experiencing reformer pilates for the first time or anyone who has spent some time away and would like to re-educate their knowledge of the reformer pilates bed and the correct techniques used.

  • Reformer

REFORMER allows you to learn the method using bodyweight training and different spring tensions on the reformer pilates bed to sculpt and tone your body. These mixed level exercises are delivered in a layered format, so that proper technique and skill level is catered for, to build the confidence to execute the movements safely and beneficially for the body.
