B Active East Fremantle – 12 Month Premium Membership Giveaway Competition 18 March 2024 – 18 April 2024

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to any person residing in the Town of East Fremantle municipality in Western Australia, Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Foundation members are also eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 12:01pm (AEST) on 18 March 2024 and closes at 4:00pm (AEST) 18 April 2024. (“Promotional Period”).
4. The competition will be promoted on the B Active East Fremantle website and Facebook and Instagram page.
5. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, visit the Promoter’s Facebook or Instagram and enter the required details into the competition subscription form via JotForm or fill out their details in the Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement.
6. Individuals can only enter the competition once.
7. All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, or not completed properly.
8. All entries will also join the B Active East Fremantle mailing list subscription by completing the subscription application or completing a manual entry form via the advertisement.
9. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.
10. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta. By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to
    (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
11. The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEST on Friday 19 April 2024 at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 18118940063), 20 Longstaff Road Bayswater Victoria, 3153 Australia.
12. The winner will be notified in writing (email) within two (2) working days of the draw date and the winner has five (5) working days to claim the prize.
    • If the winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.
13. The winners first name and locality will be published on B Active East Fremantle Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BActiveEastFremantle/ and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/bactiveeastfremantle/ by Monday 7 May 2024.
14. Prize:
    12 Month B Active Premium Membership for B Active East Fremantle Health Club valued at $2,597.40. Membership includes access to:
    • Gym access (including BEGiN program fitness induction program)
    • Access to group fitness classes
    • Access to Reformer Pilates classes
    • Access to Functional Training sessions
15. If you are already a member, your membership will be adjusted to redeem the prize.
16. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another name and is subject to B Active East Fremantle Membership Terms and Conditions and Standard 30 days cancellation notice period applies. Standard suspension fees apply.
17. Please note, the Membership prize and facility access will not be available until B Active East Fremantle officially opens to the public. Facility management will provide updates about the official opening date as construction progresses and the winner will be notified via email or social media.
