
Chad Perche
Chad Perche is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is dedicated to helping clients improve their health through safe, effective, and evidence-based exercise. He completed a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Western Australia, following his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Notre Dame.
Chad has a strong clinical interest in chronic disease management and exercise rehabilitation. He has experience working with clients across a range of health conditions and adopts a client-centred approach that prioritises individual goals, functional outcomes, and long-term wellbeing. He is committed to empowering clients through education and progressive exercise prescription, supporting them to build confidence in their movement and take an active role in their health journey.
Chad’s long involvement in athletics, combined with his own experience with injury rehabilitation, has shaped his understanding of recovery and the benefits of structured exercise. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys bouldering and participating in social sports.
