
Emma Riggs
Emma is a passionate and dedicated Exercise Physiologist with experience across a wide range of clinical areas. Since graduating from the Queensland University of Technology, she has worked in a variety of roles developing her knowledge and skills. Emma has worked extensively with clients managing chronic conditions, improving functional movement and helping clients reach their goals.
Emma’s history working with pediatric clientele has resulted in a fun and creative approach to exercise prescription. Her recent orthopedic hospital experience has provided a strong foundation for all things prehab and rehab. You’ll often find Emma in the reformer studio where she combines functional gym with Pilates. She also runs Clinical Pilates classes and Mums & Bubs sessions. Emma’s special interests lie in women’s health and neurological conditions where she takes a holistic and personalised approach to care.
In her spare time you will usually find her outdoors either at the beach, water skiing or researching a new location to go and explore.
